  • SIP credentials: Server address, username, and extension password. These are required to establish a phone connection. This data is stored only on your device.
  • Device permissions: Microphone (to make and receive calls), notifications (for incoming call alerts), and optionally contacts (to display caller names).
  • Call logs: Call history is generated and stored on your FuturePBX server, not on our systems.
  • Technical data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data (app version, operating system) to improve performance.

3.2. Use of application data

We use data exclusively to:

  • Allow the application to register with your PBX server and make or receive calls.
  • Display incoming call notifications.
  • Improve application stability and performance.

3.3. Application storage and security

  • SIP credentials are stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage.
